I started out at Hendersonville Eye Care as a Patient Services Coordinator, moved on to become an Optometric Technician/Scribe in which I obtained my CPO Certification. Later, I then moved into the Insurance/Billing role and finally promoted to General Manager where I was able to train in Optical.
In September of 2020, I moved over to join a thriving Ophthalmology practice as a Surgery Coordinator for two wonderfully talented Cataract/Glaucoma surgeons and then into the Office Manager role.
I have truly enjoyed each and every step or opportunity that I have had to grow as a person but even more importantly, I have enjoyed the sense of fulfillment that has come from being a vital part of a growing team while serving our patients.
