I have worked all over the mill in my time with Clearwater. The different tasks that I have done are as follows:
Schedules for employees, time keeping, ordering supplies & parts for operations and all areas, preparing & sending out weekly & monthly reports, maintain the books/scheduling for our Clearwater staff house & work with our janitorial crew to assure everything is in good order, arrange/manage off-site & on-site meetings, dinners & lunches as requested, manage charitable giving requests, maintain daily calendars, complete expense reports, book travel for employees, publish the daily news for our site, prepare the weekend duty roster, maintain the telephone directory, manage Arkansas Pulp & Paper sharepoint page, & serve as local Clearwater corporate card administrator, I just took the role as the HR/Admin Administrative Assistant. In this role I have also been taking on more of an active role in employee hiring & orientation & will eventually start learning the payroll process.
