I take pleasure in helping both customers and employees. I am effective in collaborative and solo work environment. I pick up new skills quickly, making me an easy person to teach. While being a sales associate at Dollar General, I excelled at cleaning, organizing, and setting up the store. I believe that organization can and will help with product display to make the store more appealing to the customers. My priority and joy is to serve the customer.
Dollar General is my first retail job. I thoroughly enjoy it. I clean, organize, and preform cashier duties. I love being able to help customers when they have questions or need to be guided to an item in the store. As someone who has consistently worked the closing shift, I am familiar with the tasks involved in closing the store. If needed, I believe I could quickly learn how to open it as well.
I worked here for a year. I worked primarily as a beverage specialist in the cafe portion of the restaurant. I was constantly complimented on keeping the cafe stocked and cleaned. In addition to my main job, I was a cashier. As a cashier, I had additional responsibilities such as preparing, gathering, and handing out orders. I quit my job to prioritize my education, which I have successfully finished.
My first job, which I got at 14, was a cashier in customer service. I held this position during the summer until I quit to return back to school.
