Examples of testing included but not limited to: Hardness testing (both macro and micro), Tinius Olsen physical testing, Spectroscopy analysis, x-ray florescence spectroscopy, SEM with ED x-ray and other materials testing capabilities.
  • Provided certification and training on NDT for liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and x-ray to ANAD employees and other customers.
  • Investigated requests for deviations from established materials or suppliers and made appropriate approval or denial judgments.
  • Prepared comprehensive reports detailing material properties, performance characteristics, and potential applications.
  • Conducted failure analysis to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions for material-related issues.
