I operate, transport and maintain heavy equipment for road grading, construction and paving. I operate motor graders, dozers, skip loaders, skid steers, backhoes, excavators, etc... I drive trucks for equipment transport, material hauling, water trucking, snow plowing, etc... I also perform manual labor for road repairs, tree felling, paving, vegitation management, traffic control. I always practice safe and efficient equipment operating, truck driving, and physical labor using the correct PPE's. I have a long history of training commercial truck drivers and equipment operators. I lead and work with crews to preform our task as well as work very productively alone. I preform road inspections for repairs, tree removals, and improvements as well as come up with solutions for quality long lasting repairs.

• Operated heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders for road construction and maintenance. I graded dirt roads and shoulders in the rural Idyllwild and Anza areas. I drove snow plow trucks and motor graders for snow removal, felled and cleared down trees with chainsaws and heavy equipment. Used powered mowing equipment for vegitation management on road shoulders.

I lead a fleet of fuel tanker trucks for delivery of diesel to construction sites and aggricultral sites. I planned and dispatched all deliveries daily, supervised drivers and vehical maintenance and communicated with office and sales staff to work effectively and provide the best possible customer satisfaction.
