- Overseen vision, preaching and culture of church that has lead to 700-1000 people on a Sunday
- Recruited, trained and hired qualified staff to lead growing ministries and develop other leaders
- Planned and executed two capital campaigns that raised 7.5 million dollars for the renovation of an grocery story to become a meeting place for the church and the purchasing of 14.5 acres for a future home for the church
- Planned and conducted worship services, wrote sermons and worked with key church leaders to carry out church mission
- Help start and serve on the initial steering team of the Houston Church Planting Network

- Oversaw all ministry at a church of 3000 for ages 18-35
- Recruited and led a Young Adult Leadership team for the launch of a Sunday Night Worship Experience
- Launched, led, and preached at "ACCESS", a Sunday night worship experience targeting young adults. This was at a time when Sugar Creek was not reaching young adults. That service grew from 6 to 500 people
- Led and equipped volunteer ministry teams for the Access service
- Oversaw community wide service initiatives for the entire church
- Preached an average of once a month in the Sunday morning services
