Experienced Program Manager skilled in prevention programming. Considered as a leader in the field of prevention and a subject mater expert in the state of Arkansas for more than a decade. Has been a major contributor to the growth and improvement of Arkansas prevention infrastructure. Facilitated the Arkansas Prevention Strategic Plan since 2012. Advanced understanding of needs assessment, information dissemination, capacity building, program implementation and process and outcome evaluations.


Key Achievements: Under my leadership, MidSOUTH prevention program grew from one to nine grants (of which I directly oversee 5); one to more than 50 contracts/subcontracts; 3 to 13 staff and a budget of less than $100,000 per year in 2015 to more than $7,600,000 per year currently.
