· Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules using SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.

· Build detailed plan steps in accordance with standard safety procedures and company policies.

· Review work requests and gather information to properly prioritize work order and get materials needed to have work ready to be scheduled and executed at the daily review meeting.

· Ensure schedules are resource loaded and leveled according to manpower availability.

· Prioritize maintenance- related tasks to ensure activities are completed cost effectively.

· Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance team to produce weekly and monthly lookaheads schedules.

· Generate and publish the plant maintenance work plan schedule for the week ahead.

· Maintain all records in an organized manner using our content server filing system.

· Contribute to management of the Long-Range work plan job list to maintain a healthy backlog for future scheduling.

· Use SAP to complete and close out PMs and work orders in a timely fashion.

· Work with the operations supervisor to develop short- and long-term equipment overhauls to meet business needs.
