Ciara Crossan

The main focus of my job is customer service. Customer service entails giving customers a good experience at my place of work by greeting them, answering all questions, memorizing orders, checking to see if they have everything they need at all times, making sure every table has been checked on in a timely matter and completing payments. Bussing tables and keeping restaurant clean, stocked and following health and safety procedures. Learning how to operate new and updated computer systems when needed. Training new employees. Teamwork with co-workers through busy nights and helping co-workers when needed.
