Teacher Assistant:

As TA the sole purpose is to be a guide to the students throughout the semester. This particular class is a Psych. Freshman seminar and the goal for the students to understand the theory of what the author is stating. Most importantly to get students to discuss and participate.

As a TA my duties is to host weekly recitation to small groups of students. We go through the chapter that was assigned, amongst the students they discuss the key points of the chapter and I am there to help their understanding. I'm there to provide answers to any questions and assist them in critically thinking about the chapter.
