- Assist in project management, job/vendor walks, project SOW (scope of work), RFP (request for proposals) packages, CIP (construction in progress) packages, project log overview, maintaining project information on company's shared drive, and project invoicing.
- Serves as access control coordinator for San Diego office portfolio. Inputs and updates tenant security access card design and door groups in timely manner, creates, runs and prints all related reports as requested by property managers. Daily monitoring of system network and managing any issues that occur
- Coordinates and acts as liaison with tenants relative to any surveillance security image reviews. Ensure cataloguing of surveillance tapes and video up to one (1) month as directed by Senior Manager, Human resources and/or Legal.
- Assist in investigating accidents, criminal activity, property damage and generates BOLO's as assigned.
- Tracks, orders and distributes Personal Protective Equipment as directed by HR.
- Track all expenses (e.g. travel, food, project materials, etc.) and documents purpose of expenditure, monitors department project budgets, tracks receipts' purpose, allocates receipt entity and G/L code while creating credit card support package for accounting.
- Assist Risk Management with filing, organizing, and monitoring General Liability and Auto Claims.
