Collaborated with a of a large team of 20 students with the goal of designing and fabricating an E2 class electric car capable of beating the current land speed record of 230mph
Manages the safety system sub team responsible for overseeing the creation of multiple safety measures including the fire suppression and detection, braking, parachute, systems, and the driver seat and drivers’ compartment.
Observes all the individual components development progress and ensuring that all systems are in line with the Southern California Timing Associations safety requirements.
