Obtain my Masters of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Midwifery to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. My ultimate professional goal with the completion of these two degrees is to eliminate the racial disparity in healthcare for women of minority groups. I pledge that every woman in my care will receive quality gynecological & prenatal care without regard to race or socioeconomic status. My passion is to be an agent of change not just in the field of maternal nursing but in the healthcare field at large.
