  • Manage a live dashboard of product quotes, facilitating a weekly delivery of assigned quotes to account managers for feedback, updating the dashboard, coordinating with operations for updates into our CRM, and then created a live interactive data analytics dashboard that tracks quote conversions by product, account manager, and customer.
  • Facilitated a small scale initiative to increase following on LinkedIn by introduction of a content calendar with weekly posts highlighting sponsorships, employees, products and industry involvement. Most recently, launched an internal campaign to increase employee activity on LinkedIn to improve the representation of our company. Additionally, launched a Facebook landing page to highlight key community involvement and company news. Other responsibilities include designing and distributing email newsletters via Constant Contact to an audience of 11,000 regarding product campaigns, employee introductions, and community involvement.
  • Coordinates sponsorship for over twenty golf tournaments to facilitate networking between our company and industry leaders, as well as to contribute to fundraisers and charities promoted by the tournament. Participation in the tournaments involved representing the company at a branded booth on tee boxes with food, beverages, and marketing merchandise and materials to highlight our services.
  • Extracted over 7000 contacts from company account managers and then manually refined formatting to maintain consistency across an excel database for ease of access by upper management.
  • Planned and executed a 200-person Crawfish Boil to strengthen relations with industry leaders and promote our company.
  • Oversee marketing collateral from beginning to end, including sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and budget tracking.
  • Responsible for creating and designing marketing graphics, presentations, merchandise, internal sales bulletins, brochures, line-sheets, and case studies.

- Worked diligently with each division within the Parks and Recreation Department to ensure programs are properly advertised for by providing department specific social media schedules and assist with any additional duties at events, such as: ticket sales, food sales, booth operation, as well as photograph and video each event. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, program registrations, ticket sales, and city facility rentals.

- Notable projects: Monthly digital newsletter using MailChimp, designing and publishing the 2021 Annual Report with Adobe InDesign, producing start to finish the 2023 Summer Brochure - including article writing, event description editing, and designing with Adobe InDesign.
