All of the following duties have been performed for new custom homes and residential remodels:

• Perform building code, zoning, and permit research within various jurisdictions
• Work with residential clients to develop project-specific programming and understand their vision
• Conduct building and site analysis of vacant lots and existing homes
• Measure & create as-built drawings of existing residences
• Input site survey data and coordinates into AutoCad
• Assist architectural team with development of schematic design concepts and drawings
• Build 3D models to various levels of detail using Sketchup
• Create renderings using Enscape
• Develop full sets of architectural construction documents
• Select and recommend high quality exterior finishes, colors, & styles to clients
• Coordinate with various consultants including interior designers, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects
• Review structural drawings, truss shop drawings, and various submittals from contractors
• Respond in a timely and efficient manner to RFIs from contractors
• Train new employees on team processes
