Research

Exploration of Feasible Ways to Deal with Land Salinization, New Brunswick, NJ, Group Project Member, 06/2022 - 07/2022,

  • Collected data and information to make graph demonstrating areas suffering from salt-affected soils in a global context
  • Studied on two types of harmful soil form: saline soil and alkali soil, and discussed how diverse types of harmful soil form salinization through empirical analysis, and figured out how irrigated lands be affected by soil salinization through data analysis
  • Discussed how two estimations: estimation of soluble salts from electrical conductivity and chemical determination: soil reaction-pH, helped determine and distinguish between saline soils and alkali soils,
  • Assessed on effect of leaching method and chemical amendments by presenting strengths and weaknesses respectively

The Beauty and Diversity of Morley's Theorem's Proof, New Brunswick, NJ, Prof. Jerrold Tunnell - Rutgers University, 05/2021

  • Introduced three ways to prove Morley's Theorem, such as trigonometry method, vector method and theorems from other areas, through complicated and step-by-step proofs, to find beauty of triangle and its trisector in diverse mathematical perspectives
  • Conducted Morley's Theorem and its stability of trigonometry in angles inside triangle comprehensively by diverse proofs of Morley's theorem
