I had the opportunity to mentor Megan Donnely and Shelby Stroud when they first came to the floor after training. My goal was to make their Customer Service experience as positive as possible. I did this by getting to know them on a personal level, giving them the opportunity to relax and feel comfortable with me. I was able to have them express their feelings and concerns. We were then able to target those areas as well as other areas that needed addressing. They have both able to excell as Customer Service Agents here at Golden Customer Care.
