With over a decade of entrepreneurial and procurement experience in both China and the U.S., I have developed a deep understanding of consumer habits within Chinese communities and the dynamics of the fresh produce market. My background includes hands-on retail store operations and proven success in wholesale fruit and vegetable sales. I specialize in building supplier relationships, strategic product selection, and controlling inventory loss. I was especially inspired when I saw a photo on "Red Book" of T&T’s head office displaying the words “Customer First” prominently on the wall. This deeply resonated with me and reinforced my admiration for the company’s core values. I firmly believe that businesses built around true customer-first principles are the ones that achieve lasting trust and long-term success. It is for this reason that I sincerely hope to join the T&T procurement team, contributing my experience and execution skills to support the launch and growth of a strong, efficient, and high-quality fresh supply system.
