Was hired on as a Manufacturing, Parts Fabrication Lead at which time I was trained on all production Processes & Specifications, running the Gerber material cutting table, operating all ovens & generating cure reports, and various production tasks.
In November 2015, was transitioned to Production & Materials Scheduler position and promoted to Senior Production Scheduler.
Responsibilities included: creating & updating an Internal Departmental Schedule, create jobs in Oracle, verify correct engineering definition is available in Agile & put together job travelers.
Coordinate with Production Leads to generate a day to day schedule to complete jobs by required deadlines including scheduling all daily oven cures & material kitting.
Follow up on all jobs to ensure completion & generate replacement jobs when necessary.
Follow up with Manufacturing Engineers on NCR dispositions when needed.
Enter all jobs in monthly Metrics list & document durations, on-time completions, scrapped parts & NCRs generated using Oracle & Tip QA.
Assist with oven operations, provide support to Supervisors, Leads & Technicians on all other production tasks as needed.
In March of 2020, became a Technical Trainer where roles and responsibilities included developing and facilitating training to new hires as well as current company employees.
Creating training materials such as videos and work instructions, writing evaluations after each class & uploading into UltiPro Learning.
In March of 2022, I started in my current role as a Document Control Specialist where my responsibilities are to review engineering drawings/blueprints, work instructions, specifications and processes and all documents for accuracy and approve/release in our internal system.
Work closely with Engineers to get all items released and available in a timely and efficient manner.

Composite manufacturing including liner fabrication using wet layup techniques and composite over-wrap with filament winding & programming.

Perform composite fabrication duties including layup, bagging, leak checks, cutting different carbon fiber materials in correct orientation by hand or on Kuris cutting machine.
Tool prep, tool release, de-bagging, water break tests, repairs, assembly using composite pre-preg and adhesives.
Work on various tools including flat panels & 27' DFT tools, work with BMI DT450 pre-preg, 6k & 12k, Fiberglass, CyForm 22 carbon fiber materials as well as wet lay-up. Also work with bonding materials and adhesives.
Follow all vacuum bagging techniques for room temp and autoclave debulks and final bags.
Able to set up laser tracker, follow instructions on assigned paperwork such as travelers, read blue prints and reference books.
