  • Manages approximately 20 people that are responsible for, initial disclosures, LE COCS, initial CDs and CD COCS.
  • Ensuring compliance, preparation, accuracy and timing are adhered to
  • Oversee and monitor all ECOA pipelines and functions, proactively manage deadlines
  • Review and work with compliance to update and manage policies and procedures, and make modifications and updates as necessary.
  • Work with IT to automate hard stops, set alerts and triggers to ensure files are disclosed with all state specific documents. COCs aren't missed, and money isn't lost
