Accomplishments

My accomplishments are not necessary personal but are very rewarding. I have had several accomplishments over the years I have worked but I will narrow down to one. I had a family that really needed EHS intervention. Single mom who's child went out the back sliding glass door in the middle of the night. Someone was able to retrieve the child unharmed and mom was finally found. This case required lots of intervention to be able to keep this family together. I went to court with this parent and Advocated for her that EHS would help figure out and fixed how the child got outside and do a complete inspection of the home. As well as educating with the parent on what she needs to look for in her home that the child could access.

Keeping the family together was a big accomplishment.

I was also able to get a gun safe for a family who was did not have one. This was free of charge with the connection I have. That was such a accomplishment to me.

I have many cases where I helped coordinate getting families into transitional housing and off the streets. Very rewarding to see them have a place to live besides in their car.
