  • Responsible for the direct supervision of youth and staff on a daily program activity provided to the children through the assigned shift that it maintains a flexible, organized and efficient schedule that the program follows
  • Ensuring that ratio and headcount in the facility are always met during the shift
  • Completing the shift log for the current day and following days to ensure that personnels will be available for coverage of the daily activities and program needs are met all the time
  • Double checking staff work schedule and letting Shift Supervisor know if coverage is excellent for additional or less personal leave request, holiday leave and sick leave before he/ she approves it to the staff
  • Completing the monthly supervision and maintaining documentation of the employees under my direct supervision
