Working with clients in philanthropy and the non-profit sector, projects included:

• Researching and drafting written reports on funding strategy development,
• Researching and drafting a monthly newsletter and bi-weekly curated content newsletter, and
• Co-drafting an updated report on findings of a survey of philanthropic organizations.
• Clients included New York Community Trust, Change Philanthropy, The American LGBTQ+ Museum, Arcus Foundation.

• Member of senior leadership team;
• Manager of Social Justice Team of program officers and support staff;
• Responsible for presenting quarterly grant docket to board of directors;
• Represented foundation at a variety of public functions.
• Over the course of my employment, I filled a number of other roles, including overseeing evaluation and supervising grants management team.

• Oversaw all grantmaking operations for quarterly dockets presented to board of directors;
• Responsible for developing quarterly grant recommendations in the area of Health and Human Services;
• Oversaw community grantmaking advisory groups on HIV/AIDS and LGBT funding.
