Summary

Experiences as a Service to the Armed Forces Manager, educator, and researcher inform professional aspirations. It was a rare opportunity to support medical operations in clinical care and medical education in a pre-pandemic and pandemic environment. Educators build and maintain relationships with medical leadership, departments, and other stakeholders. Having completed an IRB process and peer reviewed publications, the importance of compliance with policies such as those of an Institutional Review Board are well understood.
