Cindy Tolliver

I started my career with Smead on third shift as utility in 5 piece department for a short time. The next 20 years was spent on second shift. I started as a shrink wrap operator and utility for guide department. Then bid to shipping to do the UPS job for a short time. My next bid was for folder/fastener utility, which later became plant wide utility. During this time I ran all machines in fastener department. I was a back up lead for fastener department and also folder and guide when needed. I worked in shipping and receiving when needed as an order filler. I unloaded trucks and put stock away. My last 9 years have been on first shift in shipping as a picker and now a bin filler.

Opened accounts and processed transactions for customers in a timely manner. Balanced a cash drawer everyday.

Assisted with answering phones and directed customers to the right department. I was in charged of the coin vault and had to count it and balance it along with my cash drawer every day. Helped customers with check book balancing.
