  • Develop new pathways of instruction for training at global pharmaceuticals company by developing a Layers of Learning framework to expand the existing curriculum management and more effectively build employee capacity
  • Initiated use of Design Thinking theories to craft a framework of learning personalized for the company site Lead for five new L & D projects in 2024 and three other existing projects from 2022-23 to in the design and implementation of comprehensive upskilling programs to address rapidly evolving workforce needs.

  • Designed full Canvas curriculum course offering of 32 course for American business college launching in Vietnam in nine months. Collaboration with team of four other contractors involved need for graphic continuity, synthesis of Open Source materials and remote team work
  • Created Leadership Training Framework and synthesized more than 20 course offerings from numerous sources using Talent LMS in SIX months. Client was parachurch ministry reaching 15 college campuses. Conducted interviews of over 45 current staff and student leaders for insights before designing.
  • Assessed, revised career center curriculum and online organizational structure in THREE months for Cal State LA.
  • Created more than NINE new learning pathways at Takeda to establish a Layered Learning approach in two years time where no formal pathways existed.
  • Coordinated cross functional team of 50+ staff to implement and check accountability of a Data Integrity campaign with Quality Validation and Manufacturing teams to reach site of 550+ employees and 150 contractors
