Work with Union University of California to create online courses for students in Vietnam. Future focused course content design for on-line classes using CANVAS, STRUT, and Talent LMS as well as design tools including but not limited to CANVA, H5P, Vengage, productivity management platforms such as Trello, Slack, and MS Teams. Designed full Canvas curriculum course offering of 32 course for American business college launching in Vietnam in nine months. Collaboration with team of four other contractors involved need for graphic continuity, synthesis of Open Source materials and remote team work
Created Leadership Training Framework and synthesized more than 20 course offerings from numerous sources using Talent LMS in SIX months. Client was parachurch ministry reaching 15 college campuses. Conducted interviews of over 45 current staff and student leaders for insights before designing.
Assessed, revised career center curriculum and online organizational structure in THREE months for Cal State LA.
Created more than NINE new learning pathways at Takeda to establish a Layered Learning approach in two years time where no formal pathways existed.
