Keller Williams has tremendous new agent training. I lead many of the new agent training classes.


I was the main staff member for all agent questions, especially the support for all new agents.


Helped to maintain all systems and equipment within the office.


Worked in coordination with an agent outside of our office to create one of the first agent online systems (similar to Deal Room) and helped to implement it into our office.


This position was the foremost training in getting me to the position I have now. I learned more about real estate in these 6 years from working with the other agents then I could ever have learned on my own. If an agent had a question I didn't have the answer for I just asked a senior agent in our office.


I still have great relationships with many agents from that office, including a few agents who have worked with Redfin.
