Intern
During my time interning at Loganville Middle School I've picked up new skills and learned to step out of my shell and deal with my anxiety. I helped students learn and I've dealt with large groups. I kept my calm even when the students were loud and frustrating.
A few things I picked up :
- Implemented individualized instruction strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Fostered positive relationships with students, encouraging motivation and enthusiasm for music education.
- Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, consistent consequences, and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Established clear objectives for each lesson, ensuring optimal use of class time and efficient pacing for maximum learning outcomes.
- Led group rehearsals while providing individual attention to enhance technique and musicality among students.
