Citlaly Rodriguez

I am dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of young children. I'm trained in understanding the importance of nurturing environments to boost learning. I desire to use education-based strategies with techniques to promote student learning. I'm a compassionate, creative, and effective teacher with valuable experience in classrooms that equip me with background knowledge to run a classroom. I work well with teachers, administration, and families to create the best results within and outside of my classroom.

I have also done my student teaching for my Early Childhood Education degree through the Weber State University preschool. Through this experience, I learned how to work effectively in a team and with families to provide many educational opportunities for the students. I also learned about the importance of working with multicultural and diverse student needs and provided lessons to also teach about these matters. Through this experience, I leaned how to create weekly lesson plans and reach a wide range of curriculum and developmental lesson needs.
