When I rotated through various specialties, I discovered I was interested in a number of medical fields, but I found that my strongest interest was in Internal Medicine. Internal medicine has a lot in common with what I was looking for in my chosen career, including detailed history-taking ability, logical reasoning skills, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients. During my Internal Medicine rotation at Hinsdale Hospital IL, my interest in the field grew as I found out my ability to
handle high volumes of patients, work long hours, and with a great team to achieve the best clinical outcomes for our patients. After completing my residency, I hope to

After collecting HPI and conducting a full physical examination including pap-smear, breast, and pelvic exam, all that gathered information to formulate an assessment plan for the patient. Then, identify l differential diagnoses, prioritize diagnostic investigations, and develop management plans based on clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine principles. Finally, discussing with the doctor, and present my findings, assessments, and proposed plans.
Overall, my rotation experience has provided me with invaluable opportunities. My inpatient observership, it provided me with the opportunity to shadow residents and healthcare providers in a hospital setting, specifically focusing on patient care within the inpatient unit including ER and inpatient clinics. During this experience, observers have the chance to witness firsthand the daily routines, procedures, and interactions that occur in a hospital environment. Also, I attended morning rounds which offered me opportunities for learning, residents presenting patient cases, discussing diagnostic reasoning, and receiving feedback from attending physicians.
Working as a medical scribe in a healthcare setting, we record patient encounters in real-time to support doctors and other healthcare practitioners. We usually input data, such as patient histories, physical examinations, test findings, and treatment plans, into electronic medical records (using EMRs- eCLINIC WORKS System, Cerner , EPIC).
