Managed maintenance schedules that are given to me by contacting customers and giving notice. Troubleshot problems with generator with use of laptop and trouble shooting instructions given by company.

Carried out preventative maintenance by changing oil and filters setting valves, changing batteries, alternators, water pumps and any other issue needing to be repaired. Diagnosed and repaired mechanical issues on natural gas generators. Removed trash and recyclables at end of each shift and disposed of items in proper receptacles. Optimized work readiness with effective gathering of parts and supplies in alignment with specifications.

Continuously adhered to strict regulations as well as detailed instructions, guidelines and specifications. Checked inventory to restock truck supplies before leaving for job sites. Positively engaged with customers and maintained professional appearance as company representative.

Wrote and revised maintenance repair orders. Conducted regular inspections of equipment to promptly identify issues that could cause machinery malfunctions. Followed instructions from supervisor regarding daily job tasks and duties.

Major and minor repairs to vehicles that have electrical and mechanical issues. Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues. Analyze and locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches and control systems. Inspect and test vehicles and complete preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing and filter replacement.

Maintained levels in water and oil tanks throughout different oil well locations using oil field vessels, meters and data entry. Programs used were Microsoft excel and Scada. Field vessels I worked on were vertical and horizontal heaters. Ran more vertical wells. Adjusted and read injection flow rates and retrieved and tested oil from oil tanks by using a thief. Restarted compressors, retrieved information of off gas meter and swapped production going into tanks to transport or send oil to lact stations. Composition of oil tickets and water tickets were made for transport.

Repaired and serviced hydraulic systems and equipment such as backhoes, telehandlers, manlifts and tractors. Also fixing and further mechanical issues if needed. Created work orders, ordered parts and read repair schematics. Data entry software was used to create tickets. Cellular contact through manufacture was needed. Documented all changes and actions in computer-based tracking system.
