• Responsible for the installation and acceptation of Rollomatic CNC Tool Grinders equipped with Fanuc controls.

• Run-off of grinding machines at Rollomatic or customers facilities until approved by the customer. Train personnel in the use of the CNC Grinding machines, the supporting of software and tool grinding technology.

• Provide training sessions to operators at Rollomatic or at customers facilities.

• Test grind and grinding demonstrations at Rollomatic to validate customer’s productivity and operational procedures. Grind tools to customer’s specifications and prints.

• Maintain daily communication with the Software engineers (R&D) for customer requests and development needs.
