• AbbVie's FOUNDATION initiative to transition Operations and Finance back-office functions to a future operating model to more efficiently serve AbbVie's global business
• SAP Change Management Lead, defined stakeholder impacts, timing, and key messages, developed change strategy to launch five Centers of Excellence, supported team communication and training (train-the-trainer), and prepared for and supported global SAP Go-Lives.
