Contributed to the successful launch and growth of MHealth Fairview's inpatient and outpatient car-t programs through effective team collaboration, clinical workflow design, order set development, creation of standard operating procedures, and the development of documentation tools to support the delivery of Car-t therapy.
Led team education on emerging Car-t therapies and provided continuous updates on the management of therapy-related complications to the PA/NPs, hospitalists, and nurses.
Managed the full continuum of care for cell therapy patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, including Car-t cell, NK cell, Car-NK, TILs, BiTE and TriKE therapies.
Facilitated weekly meetings with a multi-disciplinary team to improve cross-functional communication and optimize workflows for managing car-t patients.
