Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale community events, including holiday celebrations, themed parties, and special occasions.
Personalized Engagement Profiles: Develop detailed engagement profiles for each resident upon move-in to ensure that activities are tailored to their individual preferences, physical abilities, and cognitive needs, thereby enhancing participation and satisfaction.
Daily Activity Oversight: Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring that each event is executed smoothly and that all residents' needs, including safety and comfort, are met. Provide leadership during events.
Resident and Family Communication: Build strong relationships with residents and their families, gathering feedback to ensure activities meet expectations and improve overall resident satisfaction.
