As a server, I was trained to greet guests in a timely manor and start their orders. I would take the guests through the menu and offer recommendations. I am trained to use the Toast POS system to put the guests orders in. I am aware of dietary restrictions and allergies that guests may have, and will help them steer clear of items that contain their allergies and help them find a new dish.

As a pharmacy technician I was able to create relationships with customers while providing them with things they need. I counted medications, processed new prescriptions, and helped customers get their respective medications. I also administered Covid tests, and helped with scheduling flu shots.

Served food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.

Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.

Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
