RT used Drager, 980s, and 840 vents, V60+ for NIV, and AirVo for HFNC, GEM5000 and iSTAT for ABGs. Paragon for charting.

At this facility I was often on the peds floor with minimal NICU, SERVOi and Hamilton vents, V60 and resmed NIV, AirVo for HFNC, GEM5000 for ABGs. EPIC for charting.

This facility used 840 vents, V60s and resmed, optiflow for HFNC, sent out ABGs, and charted in ChartPad.

As night shift charge I took all calls in ER, split floor therapy, EKGs, end of shift paperwork, made assignment for next shift. Used 840s, V60s and visions, AirVo for HFNC, ABL90FLEX for ABGs, and charted in HMS and EDIS.

RT sets up TC, vents, bipap/cpap, draw and send off ABGs, changes trach and Lary tubes. RT educates staff, patients, & patient family on how to properly use all equipment before discharge.

RT is responsible for all intubations, used Velas, V60s and visions, Optiflow for HFNC, iSTAT for ABGs, and ProTouch for charting.
