A dedicated and accomplished leader, I have served as Vice President of a nonprofit organization for three years, where I have honed my leadership skills and guided impactful community initiatives. My commitment to service has been recognized with multiple Presidential Awards, a town's recognition award for leadership, and a Raise Your Voice Award in 2021 for my work with the FAB 5. Additionally, I received the Change Maker Award from the United Way Youth Venture in 2022. I also used to be a Nightshift leader in the Packaging Department at BisouSweet for two years, further demonstrating my ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
At BisouSweet, I held leadership roles in the packaging department, overseeing the packaging of baked goods while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. As a night shift leader, I managed a team of high school workers, delegating tasks, maintaining workflow, and meeting daily targets. I also implemented strategies to improve packing line efficiency, reduce errors, and uphold health and safety standards. My strong communication skills and focus on quality contributed to a positive work environment and the success of operations.
I own a nonprofit called the FAB 5, which began as a small group in 2019. After graduating, my best friend and I turned it into an official nonprofit organization. During high school, I took on a leadership role, helping the community by fundraising for our local nursing home. As we transitioned into a nonprofit, we secured our own
office, launched a website, and created business cards. Through the FAB 5, we've been able to support many local organizations, and I've been proud to lead the efforts in growing and expanding our impact.
I worked at United Way Youth Venture as an outreach specialist, leading a team to support kids in their community service projects. I ensured these initiatives were well-organized and impactful. As a seasonal worker for a summer camp, I planned and managed activities, helping kids create engaging, community-focused events. My leadership and management skills were central to the success of these roles.
I worked at Outback as a food runner, where I played a crucial role in supporting the team by managing the timely and accurate delivery of food to tables. My responsibility was to ensure that guests received their meals promptly, contributing to a smooth dining experience. By coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, I helped maintain the efficiency and high standards of service that Outback is known for.
I worked at Witches Woods in the hayride section, where I played a key role in creating a thrilling experience for visitors. My responsibility was to oversee the scare elements during the hayride, ensuring that every guest had
unforgettable and exhilarating experience. Through careful
coordination and attention to detail ! helped manage the atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the attraction.
