  • Organized boxes of donated dry, non-perishable food to ensure that all food that was expired or within 1 to 2 days of expiring did not get put in baskets to be handed out.
  • Organized perishable food, mainly frozen meat, fish, and poultry, to ensure that expired or freezer burned food was not put into baskets to be handed out to those in need.
  • Worked with my supervisor to communicate to other volunteers what baskets still needed certain types of food.
  • Also worked with my supervisor to count donations and supply gift cards to baskets for those in need in my community.

After graduaing high school, I was awarded the Maverick Academic Scholarship by the University of Texas in Arlington. 

Robson Ranch Memorial Scholarship

For the Robson Ranch Memorial Scholarship, I submitted an essay depicting my love for golf, the life lessons I learned from the sport, and the challenges I faced while on the course. Upon reading my essay, the staff at Robson Ranch selected me for a $1,000 scholarship to be used towards my academic career at UTA.
