expert skier, road biker, mountain biker, camping, and hiking

I have been and active alpine skier for most of my life. I will continue to be involved in the skier life for as long as I am able. I have family members(husband and daughter)that are current Snowbird Ski Patrol, and both daughters have been competitive skiers.  I identify with the outdoor community as being outside is extremely important to my sense of well being. I have done many camping trips in my life and am well equipped to handle being outside for weeks at a time. Bike riding keeps me fit and gives me the ability to handle stressful periods in my life. All of the above activities keep me on the path of health and well being.
