Claire Ramos

Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Skills of time management and self discipline required for both AP courses and competitive sports, which can be transferred to the work environment. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals and improve workplace efficiency.

I love to craft and I take on new projects often. Some of my most memorable/impressive projects include a completely hand-sewn patchwork denim school bag, a large crocheted messenger bag, and a crocheted granny square cardigan. I also enjoy taking pictures of friends and locations with my digital camera, and reading in my free time. In addition, I compete as a runner for my school's cross country and track and field teams; while I'm absolutely not the fastest, I devote myself to improving and being an asset to my team as much as I possibly can be, both in the race and cheering on the sidelines. 

While I do not have any official work experience, I'm eager to learn new skills and I pick them up quickly. I have previous experience with rigorous school courses (at both my high school and Ventura College), and I know I would be highly capable of applying those valuable skills to an entry-level job of some sort.
