Claire Vondenkamp

- Manage a budget of over $250,000 for fall and spring student events.
- Hire and direct a team of 10 event coordinators.
- Work with coordinators to plan a full year of student event programming.
- Serve on the Executive Board of the Associated Students of the University of Portland.
- Create and design events with over 2,000 student attendees.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, handle insurance, direct security meetings, and lead events on-site.

- Manage a $60,000 budget for University of Portland's fall and spring events.

- Hire and coordinate vendors and performers such as security, cleaners, photo booths, and catering companies.

- Design themes and decorations to make the events engaging and aesthetic.

- Assist and provide insight on detailing and set-up.
- Assist the Lead Planner and Venue Coordinator with planning, coordinating, and executing high-end wedding ceremonies and events.
- Attend wedding rehearsals and venue walkthrough.
- Provide assistance the week of the event for pick-up of rentals, décor, etc.

- Outreach to different organizations on campus for collaborations.

- Collaborate with clubs to plan themed "wellness weeks", "wellness days", and informational tables.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 4 to handle all Wellness Center Programming.
