  • As office manager I did accounts receivables and payables. I ran the Housecall Pro where we were enter and dispatch calls. I received payments and applied them to the job that corresponded with the payments. I would also make collection calls. I handled the incoming calls. I am a huge advocate for customer service. I was responsible paying bills and receiving invoices. I handled the payroll as well. I would receive time cards and commissions and make the correct calculations and run payroll weekly. I was also in charge in setting up supplemental and health insurance. The deductions were calculated into payroll and applied to the correct employee. I would make bank runs as well. I also did the office supply orders.

  • My title as administrative assistant, I assisted with many roles. I answered the phones and handled them accordingly. I assisted other employees by typing and sending out quotes. I would use the software Foxit to send out quotes to receive signatures for approvals. I handled payments from customers, either they were cash, check or card payments. I would apply those payments in the excel spreadsheet and update balance. If needed, I would also run the payments to the bank for a deposit. I would also run other errands. I would deliver plats to different counties for signatures. When an application was ready to be send off for perc test, I would make the necessary copies and have those sent off. I would invoice customers of their invoices. If there were any invoices to be collected, I made those calls to try and collect.
