• Started a school garden program and contributed to grant writing and reporting to secure funding to build gardens in the Santa Fe Public School District.

• Acted as Interim Procurement Manager and connected with local farmers and worked with CWK staff and admin to supply and pack weekly produce for 13 SFPS schools.

• Worked with on site restaurants and gift shops to understand their sales needs. Supplied farm produce to company restaurants and gift shops at two locations.
• Created detailed production plans based on in house use and outside restaurant sales.

Improved soil health in difficult conditions through ecological methods including reduced tillage, cover cropping, mulching, compost application, fertigation, soil testing and extentive esearch. Hired, trained, and communicate effectively with landlords, employees and volunteers. Managed and staffed sales for Santa Fe Farmers Market. Operated and distributed a 75-person CSA program in Santa Fe and Española while implementing a sliding scale pricing system, accepting food stamps, and raising over $8,000 in funds to invest in local BIPOC-led groups practicing land-based work including Tewa Women United and the Northern Youth Project. Maintained relationships with farm-to-table restaurants and wholesale clients such as The Kitchen at Plants of the Southwest, Squash Blossom Wholesale and Santa Fe Farmers Market CSA. Generated content and design for marketing and branding, CSA newsletter, social media, advertising, website and online store.
