- Worked as a registered nurse in an ambulatory infusion clinic, located in an ophthalmology office.
- Mixed and administered of low dosed immunosuppressive chemotherapeutic medications, and biologic response modifiers.

- Triaged patient phone calls, relating to infusion side effects, urgent changes in their ophthalmic conditions, and medication refills/ insurance issues.
- Managed insurance approvals, completing prior authorizations, appeals, and working with specialty pharmacies to acquire patients infusion medication.
