- Create dashboards and tools surrounding organizational financial data to help stakeholders make key business decisions

- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence documents
- Research market trends and track ongoing development

- Create marketing packages and proposal books to assist in over $75 million net self storage facility sales per year
- Assist with social media content, press releases, managing the team website, and other external content

- Perform commerical real estate transaction admin support and assist agents in life cycle of transactions via Marcus & Millichap software
