In my current role as a Client Manager, I oversee a portfolio of 20–25 clients across Network360, S365, SmartShopper, and Provider Nexus. Along with traditional client management - building strong relationships, driving satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities, I also take on technical and tactical responsibilities. I conduct product trainings and support implementations, manage ongoing support needs, lead recurring client meetings, and facilitate and present Business Reviews. This blend of strategic relationship management and hands-on product expertise allows me to deliver a seamless, high-value experience for my clients.
I managed client relationships and was promoted to Enterprise CSM, taking on a portfolio of our largest accounts. I conducted SaaS trainings, led proactive outreach to drive satisfaction and growth, built strong client relationships, advocated for their needs, and shared feedback with internal teams. I also identified cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supported full sales cycles, and represented the company at industry conferences to strengthen client connections, and generate new leads.
I generated new business by researching and identifying prospects across industries, engaging them through cold calls, emails, and social media. I qualified leads by understanding their pain points, processes, and priorities to uncover opportunities for growth through our software solutions.
I completed a two-week training program on national and international banking and earned the CFA Foundations certificate.
