- I was an HSE Advisor, making sure workover rig hands worked safe and observed all HSE rules & regulations established by the site we were operating
- I made sure all permits were in order, roster sheet signed and made sure we reviewed the JSAS for every job
- Made sure everyone was staying hydrated and took breaks as needed
- Coached & trained hands on all aspects of safe work procedures (PPE, Proper lifting procedures, etc.)
