• Patient monitoring

Minimum qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred: psychiatric/behavioral health technician certification or vocational training.
• Experience in psychiatric, forensic, or correctional settings preferred.
• Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow medication administration protocols and basic clinical assessments.
• Competency in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
