I review all signed Critical Documents, notating and resolving any issues up until the Scheduled Disbursement Date (SDD)

The Digital Refinance program is a differentiated rate/term refinance experience which is focused on simplicity and improving retention
It leverages digitally verified income, limited documentation (if any), and may not require an appraisal
